HAED QS Red Hearts Progress - July 2015
On Monday, June 8th, I shared my first 6+ hours of progress on the Heaven and Earth Designs QS Red Hearts cross-stitch chart I began on June 4th. (QS = Quick Stitch. At 46,990 stitches, this is a small chart for HAED. Oh, HAED has a Fourth of July sale going on. You can save 35% through July 10th if you are interested.)
As promised, I am giving a new update on the first Monday in July.
The photo above shows my progress on Page 1, which is 25.73% complete.
This photo shows the full project, which is now 4% complete.
On the first Monday in August, I will share another update!
QS Red Hearts Progress:
June 4th - 8th: 494 stitches in 6.23 hours
June 9th - July 5th: 1,523 stitches in 18.15 hours
Total: 2,017 stitches (of 46,990) in 24.38 hours
I am linking up with Monday Stitchery Link Party #13 this week at Super Mom - No Cape! I encourage you to check out the darling under-the-sea themed embroidery pattern offered and to see what others have shared this week. If you have done any hand stitching and have a blog, you are welcome to join the party! Check it out here.
Thanks for stopping by!

That's a lot of time and stitches. I like watching the pattern be revealed - sort of like putting a puzzle together with no box top to show me what it is. =)
Great progress Renee - you're stitching up a storm! Looks so pretty too.
Wonderful progress on this piece. Well done!
Wow - great progress, Renee - and I LOVE your header picture! GORGEOUS!!!

Wow, that is quite an undertaking or it would be for me..it will be lovely when you are finished!! I used to do charted cross stitch but have given it up for quilting..and I do have some unfinished projects that will probably never get done..
You have made great progress on another delightful cross stitch Renee! Looking forward to sharing the journey with you! :) x
Oh gorgeous progress!! You are moving right along.
Great progress already! I won't say a word about it being a 'new project' either (sez I, as I just pieced a new CQ item this afternoon, but I can't show it...yet).
It's interesting seeing each stage as it's revealed and I've been amazed to learn just how many stitches not to mention time goes into creating even a small section of a cross-stitched project... on this one and on Santa & Mouse.
Thanks for sharing your progress and for linking up to last week's Stitchery Link Party and for linking back and encouraging others to come join in the fun. Aloha hugs!
