HAED QS Red Hearts Progress - November 2015

On my last update, I had completed 5,669 stitches on the Heaven and Earth Designs Quick Stitch chart QS Red Hearts. (There is a photo of the artwork this chart is inspired by on the sidebar to the right.)

Page 1 was 72.31% complete. The full chart was 12.06% complete.

Since that post, I have added 1,242 stitches. So, this is where I am now with 6,911 of 46,990 stitches complete.

Page 1 is 86.1% complete and the full chart is 14.71% complete.

I read that due to tension issues, sometimes lines may appear along the edges of individually stitched pages, so I opted to extend some colors onto the adjoining pages. As a result, a bit of pages 2 and 4 have also been stitched this month.

My next progress update will be shared on the first Monday of December. Due to a long list of homemade Christmas items and another time consuming commitment, I may not have a ton of progress to share.

I am linking up with the Monday Stitchery Link Party at Super Mom - No Cape! again this week. It is a great place to visit for a free embroidery pattern and to find links to more eye candy. If you do any hand stitching and have a blog, I encourage you to join the fun!

What a pretty project. You are stitching it fairly quickly. I don't think I could stand to keep track of the individual stitches. I am happy to watch my own progress through weekly photographs. Enjoy all of your gift stitching.

She's looking lovely! I am trying to do the same carry over of thread with my larger pieces. It's working so far I think. I'll be interested to watch your progress.

A tremendous project and it's looking great! I really admire people who take on these beautiful and large cross stitch pieces. The results are always extraordinary.

Thank you, I just love working on this chart. I love the colors - and how they sometimes surprise me. (Dark purple in the hair had me double and triple checking that I was using the right color!) It is a fun one. :)

I love these updates... and it's fun to see that the design is really starting to emerge. The colors are wonderful!

There's lots of secret Christmas sewing and stitching happening here too.

Thanks so much for linking up to last week's Stitchery Link Party and for linking back. Aloha hugs!
