440 stitches have been added to Twilight Duel over the past 3 weeks. I hoped to stitch more; but considering we spent 6 days without power from freezing rain, I am happy with the progress I managed.

Oh, the 'ice age' must have been frightening. Is the frost risk over now or will you have to braze for another one?

ReplyDeleteThat is a long time without power in cold weather. Reminds me of when we experienced Superstorm Sandy. I hope everything is back to normal now. Your stitching is looking great.
ReplyDeleteThat ice storm was so terrible (daughter and grands without power too for that amount of time (Oregon City area) You might be in the same area? So happy life is back to order again for you. You got a lot done despite the awful situation. See you next time :)

ReplyDeleteSix days with no power is unthinkable, have you considered getting a generator for next Winter? We borrowed one last time we had a power out but that was only one day.
