Fractal White Tiger December 2017

My Charting Creations Fractal White Tiger only had about 1 hour and 20 minutes of attention this month, and I spent a fair chunk of that time frogging stitches. So, I am happy with the 158 stitches added.

The art is by Ricky Barnard.

This is how it looked last month.

I scheduled 7 days to work on it this month, but spent a fair chunk of time helping a relative. (I was happy to be able to do so, too!)

Thank you for visiting!

I began this project on January 1, 2016 to participate at stitchystart.blogspot.com. You may see what others are working on here.

This is Day 30 of the 31 Day Blog Writing Challenge hosted by www.muppin.com. Learn more about it and find other participating blogs here.

  1. Unpicking is frustrating especially when you don’t have a lot of time to spend on it. But, this is looking incredible as always!

  2. Unstitching is harder than stitching. You don't grid? I have one that i bought the pregridded fabric, and the other is ungridded, but I put hash marks at every 10 squares.

  3. I hate unstitching things, and avoid it as much as possible, but sometimes, especially in XS, you just have to. You still wound up with a positive number of stitches, though!

  6. Reverse stitching is never fun - necessary at times though, despite our best efforts.
