Fractal White Tiger November 2016 Update

563 stitches were added to my Charting Creations Fractal White Tiger cross stitch in November.

Almost all of the stitches I added were the same color, so I managed this progress in less than 2 hours this morning. (It's been a crazier than normal month...)

Most of those stitches were also a shade of white, making them difficult to spot.

This was my progress last month.

The colors in this photo are more true. (This winter lighting makes it difficult to get a good picture!)

I am linking with A New Stitchy Start.

Thank you for stopping by!

After having my Stitch Lesson on Cross Stitch , I found that it is so much smoother to work in only one colour and row by row. If all Cross Stitch were like that it would be fast work, but the beauty of Cross Stitch is that most patterns are pictures with delicate shading, and THAT takes time to stitch. I think you have made good progress.

Looks brilliant. Well done on some great progress.

Great progress! I agree, winter lighting makes photography difficult.

Thanks for sharing your progress. Like the new look on your blog. Grey seems to be the current trending color in homes too. Here it's softer on the eyes than black, but your colors pop!

Very impressive and great that you chose a colour that would let you fill in so much so quickly!

Looks so good, Renee. I always finish one colour in a spot before I go to the next.

Harder to see this time, but I love sharing your journey. As I'm not likely to ever cross stitch again, I like to see yours. LOL I am going to do Pam Kellogg's band sampler, but more as my crazy quilting experience. Have you read about it? It's no rules, and she's calling it Neverending Sampler. Since you do both xs and cq, maybe you'll be interested? First Post explanation. She has two seams up this week. I'm already behind unless I decide to stitch them on my CQ block ... which is still sitting with not one embellishment!

Progress is progress no matter how small. Hope you can find more time for it soon.

Making that much progress at this busy time of the year is really great! You must be happy with what you have done.
