HAED QS Red Hearts Progress - January 2016

This was my progress update in December on the Heaven and Earth Designs QS Red Hearts chart based on artwork by Ching-Chou Kuik.

December was a busy month, but I did manage to finish the first page! I added 1,269 stitches. Only 8 pages to go and 5 of those are partial pages. This was my progress as of January 1st.

Page 2 is now 13.5% complete and the entire project is 18.9% complete.

This year, I hope to add a minimum of 1,000 stitches a month to this piece. It is going to be a busy year, so we will see if life allows it!

I am linking up with the Monday Stitchery Link Party at Super Mom - No Cape! again this week. It is a great place to visit for a free embroidery pattern and to find links to more eye candy. If you do any hand stitching and have a blog, I encourage you to join the fun!

Thank you for stopping by!
Renee

Great progress on this beautiful piece. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of this one! Glad you chose something girly as an antidote to the dragons and tigers!

You made much more progress on that large project than I did on mine. Red Hearts is looking really good.

So great to see what amount you could stitch on this project.

Having noticeable progress no doubt makes it easier to stay enthusiastic and keep going. It really takes a lot of stitches to make these beautiful things, doesn't it?

I love seeing these progress photos - it's easy to see how much you've accomplished when you're able to compare this way. I can't imagine doing three big cross stitch projects but you're living proof that it can be done!

There really is noticeable progress. And this is going to be gorgeous when it's finished.

Thanks so much for linking up to last week's Stitchery Link Party and as always for the link back encouraging others to come join the fun. Aloha hugs!
